Top coat, TPU base, adhesive and release liner are cast and coated in-house on EDI slot-die lines. Nothing is bought in pre-laminated.
Production runs out of a 30,000 m² site in Cangzhou, Hebei, with ¥580M invested since 2012 and capacity now approaching 100,000 rolls / month. The base film is cast, coated, cured and slit on the same site.
